Goodbye to John Archibald Wheeler

Wheeler, one of the last of the great physicists of the 20th century has passed away. He coined the term black hole and pioneered modern understanding of nuclear reactions in both theory and practice. He was involved in building the first fission bomb in the Manhattan Project and later involved in building the first fusion bomb.
